At BCS Career Center, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for our various services including career counselling, coaching, training programs, and placement services.

2. General Refund Principles

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts
  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and circumstances

3. Career Counselling Services

Single Session Counselling

  • Before Session: Full refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance
  • Same Day Cancellation: 50% refund
  • No Show: No refund
  • After Session: No refund unless service was not delivered as promised

Package Counselling

  • Before First Session: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
  • After 1-2 Sessions: 75% refund
  • After 3+ Sessions: No refund
  • Unused Sessions: Pro-rated refund based on remaining sessions

4. Coaching Services

Individual Coaching

  • Before Program Start: Full refund minus ₹1,000 processing fee
  • Within First Week: 80% refund
  • Within First Month: 50% refund
  • After First Month: No refund

Group Coaching

  • Before Program Start: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
  • After Program Start: No refund
  • Missed Sessions: No individual refunds for missed group sessions

5. Training Programs

Online Training

  • Before Course Access: Full refund minus ₹1,000 processing fee
  • Within 7 Days of Access: 80% refund
  • Within 14 Days of Access: 50% refund
  • After 14 Days: No refund
  • Course Completion: No refund

In-Person Training

  • Before Training Start: Full refund minus ₹1,000 processing fee
  • After Training Start: No refund
  • BCS Cancellation: Full refund or rescheduling option

6. Placement Services

  • Before Service Commencement: Full refund minus ₹2,000 processing fee
  • After Profile Submission: 70% refund
  • After First Interview: 40% refund
  • After Placement: No refund
  • Successful Placement: No refund (service completed)

7. Internship Programs

  • Before Placement: Full refund minus ₹1,500 processing fee
  • After Placement Confirmation: 50% refund
  • After Internship Start: No refund
  • BCS Cancellation: Full refund
  • Company Cancellation: Full refund or alternative placement

8. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies preventing service completion, we may provide full or partial refunds upon submission of valid medical documentation.

Service Quality Issues

If our services do not meet the promised quality standards, we will investigate and may provide appropriate refunds or service corrections.

Technical Issues

For online services affected by technical issues on our end, we will provide appropriate compensation or rescheduling options.

9. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certification fees (if certificate has been issued)
  • Materials and resources already provided
  • Third-party fees (assessment fees, external certifications)
  • Services completed as per agreement
  • Processing and administrative fees

10. Refund Process

  2. Include your order number, service details, and reason for refund
  3. Provide supporting documentation if required
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. You will receive notification of approval or denial
  6. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

11. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. All disputes will be handled fairly and in accordance with our customer service standards.
